It brings together advice on private lending and blockchains under one roof
Paula Sweis spent over a decade working in a number of different industries before deciding that she wanted to settle firmly into the financial services sector. Sweis believes that her creative side (she is the author of three books), her ability to carve out new niches in existing industries and her motivation to reach self-determined milestones, places her and her company SILVERWEISS International apart in his field. Today, the Los Angeles, California-based entrepreneur continues to seek out the right partnerships while figuring out how structure your business in the most efficient way possible.
The story of Sweis, told at The 1000+ Stories Story Exchange Project:
I created SILVERWEISS International, a strategic consulting firm, because I found markets as a service provider where I could combine both my passions and my talents – and develop them. I believe business is about timing and I took action when I saw it was right. I certainly have a passion for finance and management consulting. I started my professional career very early in my life with a good decade of business experience in different industries including financial services. Although I am professionally qualified in the field of financial markets. I come with a lot of sales and personal experience in this business, as well as creativity. What I think is very important.
I define success as the state of mind and energy of forward thinking and movement. It’s about being disciplined and focused. Success is about putting action, effort and focus to work. It’s seeing the target (mentally) before you hit it. Success is giving. It’s the value you bring to people. I think it’s absolute integrity.
I insist a lot on the state of mind and its major role in the success of a business. This is what prompted me to write my first book, Mindset of a winner, which deals with what I think is the definition of success, in several different ways and in more detail.
I changed my lending activity Capital SILVERWEISS from 10,000 from the first two years to $ 50 million in deals completed over the past three years. As I continued to expand my network and gain more knowledge in financial services which includes the blockchain industry, a niche where I have found I can add real value. I finally divided my business into two sub-sectors.
Capital city is a partner of alternative lenders and investment banks, including Bear Stearns. It is able to finance projects ranging from an unsecured line of credit of $ 25,000 to a private equity agreement of $ 500 million. Private or public. Businesses large and small no longer have to depend on traditional banks for their business capital. Customers can benefit from less intensive skills and quick capital. Financing solutions include: LOC, SBA, equipment; Invoice; Inventory and accounts receivable, commercial real estate, asset-backed, mergers and acquisitions, credit repair and more. Advisory provides strategic planning on how businesses use blockchain for business growth, capital, and solution. In particular for the real estate and financial services market.

I am also an avid non-fiction writer. I have completed three books which will be published this year. One on personal development. The other two are business books comprising a Introduction to blockchain. Where I explain how Blockchain can, currently is, and will impact your financial future. Whether it’s a publicly traded company, a large private company or a private boutique, or your personal finances.
Business is definitely a partnership. My main challenge was to identify the right strategic partners from the start of my business. I approached it by focusing on the individual in said business and making the connection. Understand their values and business needs. In order to meet halfway or come to a conclusion on how we can work together.
My mother is my most important role model. He’s the strongest person I know. One of my biggest liability partners and advisors. His life was a testimony of strength and will. Which, in the business world, is a requirement.
